Early Learning Centre
At Young Einsteins, we are committed to working with families to provide the perfect early learning environment for children to commence developing their life skills, both in the centre and at home.
Our Philosophy is to provide all children with a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment accompanied by a high quality Kindergarten program that is recognised by the Victorian Department of Education.
Young Einsteins Early Learning Centre has three Key strategic objectives that drives our work:
Quality Our aim is to provide a Pre-Kindi and Kindergarten program that is designed to promote self-development via physical, intellectual, social and emotional stimulation with a strong emphasis on interactive learning and structured play activities which engages imagination and interest.
Our Educators Our educators are passionate about your child’s early learning development. We cater to each child’s individual ability, interests and needs.
Commitment We develop engaging connections and partnerships with the families and the community to encourage participation.

Our Program
The program at our centre is the essence of the early learning experience. All programs are designed according to the guidelines of the Early Years Learning Framework and will periodically change based on the child development needs.
The weekly Pre-school program will be displayed at the entrance room for parents to view as we believe structure/routine is a key element to your child growth. Each child will have a Development folder, containing the activities undertaken and their performance including strengths and areas of improvements.
Early Years Learning Framework identifies goals in all areas of Development:

Fee Schedule per Child

Our Staff
At Young Einsteins Early Learning centre, our educators are offered regular opportunities for professional learning and development. Under the National Quality Framework, all centre staff (with the exception of our dedicated cooks and administration personnel) are required to hold, or be studying towards, a Certificate III in Children’s Services.
Room Leaders must have achieved a minimum of a Diploma in Children’s Services. All Pre-school programs are led by a Qualified Teacher with a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education.
